Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Receive the customer's booking and transfer to the colleagues of the airline department to arrange the booking and release the air freight space to the customer in time.
2. Arrange pickup or push customers to tender the shipment to the gateway warehouse in time.
3. Track the shipment to check in to warehouse, prepare the airwaybills and other related documents, and follow up the export customs declaration, and timely communicate and coordinate if there are any problems.
4. Track the departure or arrival of the shipments and timely feedback to customers, provide overseas agency pre-alert, and release instruction.
5. Issue debit note/invoice to customers in a timely manner, enter receivables and payables in the system, organize and archive documents.
6. Follow up the exception status of the shipments.
REQUEREMENTS:
1. College degree or above, more than 1 year experience in international air transport operations, familiar with end-to-end air transport operations.
2. Proficient in using computer office software, proficient in preparing air waybill and other documents.
3. Flexible mind, good at communication, has ability to work under pressure.
4. Mandarin speaking and writing is an asset.
