We currently have an opening for an Export Agent in our California office which is near LAX Airport.

familiar with all US export regulations for as well as other transportation authorities related to the exportation of cargo. They must also be familiar with the basic PC operations including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Experience with Letters of credit and Hazardous materials is a plus.

 

Job Responsibilities: ( but not limited to )

 

Coordination of export shipments ( from pickup to delivery ) Customer service via phone and email Agent and client quotations Carrier and vendor negotiations Issuing airway bills and ocean bills of lading ( both direct and consol ) Preparation of all necessary export documentation Compliance with US Customs export regulations
